Put the flour and butter into a bowl and rub in with Fingertips until you have a breadcrumb like consistencey.
Add a little water to make into a dough.
Wrap pastry in clingfilm and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 mins. Use as required.
Sift the flour into a large bowl.
Cut the butter into cubes and add to the flour, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add water and knead into a dough. Wrap in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for 30mins. Use as required.
