Pop In The Oven

  • Place the butter, sugar and syrup in the saucepan.
  • When the butter is melted and the sugar and syrup are well blended stir in the oats.
  • When the oats are evenly mixed in take off the heat.
  • Grease and line a 24cm square tin. Spread the mixture evenly and place in a preheated oven of 180°C.
  • Cook for 25 minutes or until flapjack is a golden colour. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
  • Cut into squares to serve.
